Born in Albany, NY. Married to Robert Alden Bradley from 1949 to 1964. BA from Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Texas, 1964. Resident of Berkeley, CA at the time of her death on September 25, 1999. Survived by two sons and a daughter.

TNT filmed a miniseries based on Bradley's Mists of Avalon.
