Bio:
Writer also of non-genre works (science, technology,etc). Wrote
during the 30's and 40's then stopped writing for over a decade after 1956
(Aristotle and the Gun), returned to the field to a significant degree in
the 70's. He and his wife of 60 years, the late Catherine Crook de Camp
had two children Lyman Srpague de Camp and Gerard Beekman de Camp.
