Bio:
Mary Shelley is, of course, best known for Frankenstein which has been
filmed on numerous ocassions seriously
and as spoofs. Daughter of
William Goodwin
and
Mary Wollstonecraft. Married
Percy Bysshe Shelley
while still in her teens. Percy Shelley drowned when
Mary was 24. She supported herself with her writing until her death of a brain tumor in 1851.
