Bio:
Born in Chicago, Illinois. Attended the Art Institute of Chicago
and the University of Illinois School of Fine Art. Incredibly prolific
he pretty much single-handedly changed the approach to SF cover art,
mostly through his work at Ballantine where he worked on covers for some
now classic titles such as Arthur C. Clarke's Childhood's End . He died
while visiting his daughter in Madrid, Spain.
