Known as Mr. Science Fiction. Fandom's oldest and most active member. Possesses the largest collection of SF/Fantasy and Horror art and memorabilia, including original printings of many classics, movie props and a mint run of all SF magazines. Resides in the Ackermansion, in Hollywood. Honored by P.J. Farmer, is a character in Blown (1969). Credited for inventing the term Sci-Fi. Recipient of the 1953 Hugo for Number One Fan Personality (Only one ever awarded). Has had roles and cameos in many genre films
