B.S. in Physics and Mathematics from the USAF Academy, M.S. in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University. PhD in physics from the University of New Mexico. Retired Air Force Colonel. Currently works at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Married with two children. Frequent collaborator with Kevin J. Anderson
