CuartelThis Old San Juan building once housed the Spanish troops and their families. Recently restored, the imposing structure still is largely empty. Most of it is a museum awaiting exhibits to fill it. There are a number of beautiful brass water fountains, which don˙t function owing to a lack of pressure.
