My Artwork

This is my print of "8 snake." The scripts are from a large number of diffent languages ranging from Thai to Amaharic to Georgian. "Why 8?" I knew you would get around to asking that! I was born on the eighth day of that stupid Roman calendar that has been imposed on us by virtue of past imperial conquests, the Roman eight stretches into the symbol for the universe (itself snakelike); there are no letters that are the same in all scripts; and I just like the number eight damnit!

The background was done with salak, an Indonesian snakeskin like fruit. I collected peels there for expressly this purpose.
